Employment Decision Intelligence
Legal risk doesn't begin with a lawsuit.
Employment legal risk often begins much earlier—in the everyday decisions organizations make about their people. Legaleez was created to bring legal intelligence to that earlier moment, before organizations act and while there is still an opportunity to reduce risk.
the category
A new category of legal intelligence.
Employment Decision Intelligence is the use of legal intelligence to identify, assess, and help reduce the legal risks associated with employment decisions before organizations act.
Most organizations encounter employment legal risk reactively—when a dispute begins, a claim is filed, or a decision has already been made. Legaleez is designed to change that sequence. It helps employers understand the legal significance of a contemplated action, see potential exposure in business terms, and identify practical options to reduce risk—while there is still time to act on that information.
Legaleez provides legal-risk intelligence about contemplated employment actions. It does not make employment decisions.
How We Started
A problem we saw from the inside.
Legaleez grew out of firsthand experience advising organizations on consequential employment and business matters. After more than 25 years working with organizations and executives, our founder recognized a recurring problem: legal expertise often becomes involved only after important decisions have been made, when risks are harder and more expensive to address.
Legaleez was created to change that sequence—to make sophisticated employment legal-risk intelligence available earlier, when organizations still have meaningful options to reduce exposure.
What We Believe
Better intelligence leads to better decisions.
Legal intelligence should be accessible.
Organizations shouldn't need to wait for outside counsel to understand the legal significance of an employment decision.
Risk is better managed before it happens.
The best time to reduce legal exposure is while there is still time to change the outcome — not after a dispute has begun.
Human judgment still matters.
AI can surface intelligence and structure analysis, but the most consequential decisions still benefit from human legal expertise.

our approach
Built to make legal intelligence more useful, accessible, and timely.
Legaleez is designed around a different premise than general-purpose AI tools. Rather than treating each employment question as an isolated prompt, Legaleez builds a structured understanding of each matter—the facts, the relevant law, the potential claims, and the options available—and uses that structure to produce analysis that is grounded, consistent, and connected to the decision at hand.
Structured matter intelligence
Analysis is organized around the facts, evidence, jurisdiction, and legal frameworks that shape each employment matter—not generated from a prompt alone.
Multiple forms of intelligence
AI reasoning, legal frameworks, deterministic systems, and human judgment can work together rather than forcing every problem through a single model.
Designed for decisions
The objective is not to answer a question or draft a document. It is to help you understand the legal risk, why it matters, what it could cost, and what options exist to reduce it.
